Get in touch

Write to me. I read it myself.

No ticket number, and no sequence of automated emails afterwards. What you send arrives in an inbox I open, and the reply comes from me rather than from a template with my name at the bottom.

What to send

A paragraph is enough. Three things make the reply more useful.

  • The site as it stands

The address, or the fact that there is not one yet. It is the fastest way for me to see what you are actually working with.

  • Who decides

A sentence or two on who you sell to, what they ask first, and which question usually ends the conversation.

  • Why now

A new partner, a quiet quarter, a rebrand, or a site that stopped being true about eighteen months ago. It tells me what the work has to do.

Send it here

Tell me what is happening.

It reaches the same inbox as the address above.

Leave it blank if there is not one yet

The three things above are plenty

What happens

Nothing is booked, nothing is quoted, and you are not added to anything.

If it looks like a fit, we talk. It is not a pitch, and it is not a discovery call with a script behind it. I ask how the work actually gets won, you decide whether you want to go further, and that is the whole of it.

Nothing starts until you have read a written brief and agreed a price. After that you can stop at the end of any stage and keep what it produced.

The first stage costs you an email.
